Our two hour French Macaron Classes in English focus on the creation from start to finish of these elegant and colorful pastries. The students are divided in to groups and work through the steps from dry ingrediants, to creating the batter, to piping, cooking, and finish with a box of beautiful Macarons to take home.

For those that want to get in to more technical version of our Macaron Class, then take a look at the three hour French Macaron Classes. These Macaron Classes are in English, and are an extended more technical version of the two hour Macaron Class. This class is for those that want to have an in-depth experience learning and practicing a variety or meringue, filling and shell techniques.
