The focus of The French Market Class is on exploring the French Market and creating a delicious meal using the freshest of Market products !  We begin the class with a discovery of a traditional French Market where you learn how to pick the best products and compose your luncheon menu with your chef. You return to the school where you will work with your chef to create a gourmet lunch – after enjoying your hands on cooking class, enjoy it there after with a glass of wine in hand !
