Join us to learn the secrets of the traditional precious little French treats : Les Macarons Take home the secrets of these little french pastries in Paris. During the Macaron class, we will make two popular flavours !
Dark Chocolate and Orange Macarons
White Chocolate and Raspberry Macarons
Each participant will part with their creations! Our two hour Macaron Class are best as an introduction to Macarons, if you are looking for a more advanced experience, then take a look at the Technical Macaron Classes.

If Culinary Tours are the way you want to explore Paris, then join La Cuisine's Food Tours in Paris ! Spend three hours where filling your belly goes hand in hand with feeding your brain on a cultural and culinary Paris food tour of Paris’s historic Les Halles area, long known as the ‘Belly of Paris’ from the famous 1873 novel ‘Le Ventre de Paris’ by Émile Zola.
Take a tour in time where we retrace the mysteries and hidden culinary secrets of the oldest food market in Europe
During the tour we will visit the foundations of the France culinary scene, from the famous cooking equipment store, to some of the oldest French delicacies you can imagine : from Fromage, to Fois Gras, from Sweets to Meats !
Along the tour we will collect delicacies from each store that we will sample and enjoy with a glass of wine back at the school !

Please note that this tour operates outside for the majority of the time, we will spend approx 2.5 hours on foot and walking, so you will want to dress comfortably and appropriately!

In celebration of this very important time of day – join us for an afternoon of creating your very own Café Gourmand. As seen in finer restaurants, the The Grand Classics of French Pastries in Café Gourmand is a bite size selection of some of France’s classic French desserts and pastries !
During the Café Gourmand class, you will create from start to finish four classical French specialties.
The Café Gourmand would not be complete without the ‘café’, so after the hard work, enjoy your creations over tea and coffee with us!
