If you are interested in traditional French Pastry recipes, then join us for an afternoon of fun and sweet temptations where we will create two types of classical French Pomme (apple) desserts ! 

You will learn several techniques such as caramel, sweet short pastry dough and blind baking.

Tarte Tatin, (upside-down apple tarte), Salted butter caramel sauce
