Leaving his two Fromageries behind for the afternoon, Baptiste will immerse you in to the world of French Fromage from history to tasting.
Join us on a journey from creation to 'dégustation'. Whilst enjoying a tasting selection of 7-10 of the Fromagers favorite cheeses, you will learn :

About the production of cheese through to ‘affinage’/maturing
How France protects its Fromage ‘savoir faire’
How to identify the various types and ages of cheese, from appearance and taste
This class is not a Wine and Cheese pairing class….despite our Fromager wanting you to save your palate exclusively to enjoy and explore his favorite Fromage, (the purists at heart will appreciate this!), you will of course have a glass of wine to accompany your tasting.
For those of you that want to delve in to the ‘nitty gritty’ of Fromage, build your Fromage acumen and understand the differences amongst the many French Cheeses available, this is the class for you.
