Join us for an afternoon of fun and sweet temptations where we will create two types of classical French tarts !

You will learn several techniques : caramel, sweet short pastry dough, lemon cream and meringue.

Tarte au citron meringuée – lemon meringue tarte

Tarte Tatin – upside-down apple tarte

Each participant will taste and take away their creations!
