A true hands-on culinary experience, discover a traditional French market, learn how to pick the best products and compose your luncheon menu with your chef.

After the Market Tour, via a pleasurable walk through the Île Saint Louis and past Notre Dame, you will return to La Cuisine Paris to begin a hands-on cooking class and work with our chef to create a gourmet lunch using your fresh market products.

The French Market Class is a true hands-on culinary experience.  Beginning at the Market for an educational tour, learn how to pick the best seasonal products, get inspiration for composing your gourmet French luncheon menu, and select the perfect French Fromage tasting plate to enjoy with your meal.

After the French Market Tour, via a pleasurable walk through the Île Saint Louis and past Notre Dame, you will return to La Cuisine Paris to begin a hands-on cooking class in English.  Using the fresh market products the group collected, you will work from start to finish learning knife skills, product pairings, traditional and modern French recipes, to create your gourmet meal.

We leave it to the group and the chef to be creative and choose their menu based on the most beautiful products they find on the market! Please keep in mind that there is siginificant walking involved aruond the market and back to the school. If you need to be sure of where to go, check out this google map
