    -The first part a live demo on Sunday, April 25th ; we will demo a Passion Fruit Souffle and a red berry Coulis

    -The second part access to our French Soufflee Video class for you to continue to use at home while you hone your new skills!

    You will enjoy a 1hr demonstration of those elusive Souffles (we will do a Passion Fruit Souffle and a berry Coulis)  - so you can get all the live help you need. You will also get access to our French Souffle Video class, yours to keep and use over and over! Your French Sauces video covers the classic French Souffles you'll want to make over and over again!
