Join us to learn the secrets of the flaky, light, buttery Mille Feuille - similar to Le Napoleon. From creating those perfectly flaky layers, to the light and rich crème fillings, to working with making tasty fondant decorations, you work through each step in our three hour Puff Pastry Class.
First you will learn all the technical aspects of making the perfect Pâte Feuilletée (puff pastry), the flakiest pastry dough.We’ll whip up Crème Mousseline, no ordinary cream filling, but a Crème Pâtissière made even tastier from the addition of whipped butter.
After you make your own Pâte Feuilletée, you will create Mille Feuille from your varied crème mousseline.
