You will learn the techniques for making:
Biscuit Génoise Roulé (Classic French Sponge Cake)
Praliné Mousseline (Praline Mousse)
Crème Diplomate au Chocolat (Chocolate Cream)
Caramel Salé (Salted Caramel)
Meringue Française (French Meringue)
Together it becomes the Bûche de Noël au Caramel (Chocolate cake with a Chocolate and Caramel filling, coated with Praline Mousse and decorated with Meringue mushrooms)
Each participant will leave with their own creations!
