Our class dedicated to the art of fancy confectionary – l’art de la confiserie! Paris is a city famous for its decadent bonbons, so we’ll be teaching you everything you need to create a medley of gorgeous bite-sized treats. You’ll also learn how to present your creations in style - known as the art of boîtage.
