The best of both worlds: a culinary tour of the oldest street in Paris, followed by a hands-on cooking class and dining over looking the Seine! Enjoy your creations with a glass of wine in hand while overlooking the Seine and Notre Dame Cathedral!
Starting here at the school, you and your chef will embark on an adventure to the Île Saint Louis, just moments away. We will fill our culinary excursion with a visit to our favourite Fromager, a visit to the most beautiful of Boucheries, and of course we have the benefit of visiting tiny little épiceries, seeing the famous Berthillon Ice Cream Glacier, and of course collecting our freshly baked Baguettes to accompany our meal! Focusing on seasonal products for our menu, we will return to La Cuisine Paris to begin the cooking experience where our meal will be created around a main course of delicious French Coquelet (poultry.)
This experience operates half outside and half inside, so please dress appropriately including comfortable walking shoes.
Depending on the season we tend to have classical seasonal side dishes to accompany such as, Roasted Vegetables, Ratatouille, etc.
