Read moreAmendment or cancellation to a reservation in our public classes requires a minimum of 10 days’ notice prior to the date of your registered class. For cancellation, the cost is refundable minus a 5% processing fee. Please note cancellation policy for groups and private classes listed below.
All no-shows are treated as non-refundable and non-transferable. If for any reason you are not able to join us after the cancellation period, please do be kind enough to let us know not to expect you.
General Reservations of 6 or more participants AND any Private Class
For cancellation(s) made:
• more than 20 days before the event: fully refundable, minus a 5% processing fee.
• less than 20 days up to 10 days before the event: 50% refund.
• less than 10 days before the event: full cost is non-refundable.
Late arrival may mean that the experience needs to be amended to accommodate the agreed ending time.
Private Class Cancellation Terms for Reservations of more than 16 Participants
For cancellation(s) made:
• more than 30 days before the event: fully refundable, minus a 5% processing fee.
• less than 30 days up to 20 days before the event: 50% refund.
• less than 20 days before the event: full cost is non-refundable.
