Overview
Join us for a full day Fundamentals of French Pastry Masterclass all about the best of French Pastries! You will work from start to finish developing and fine tuning your French Pastry techniques, from Brioche, to Macaron Cake, to Mille Feuille and more!

Day 1 Overview
You will start your baking expereince here at La Cuisine Paris
Your day will run as follows:
9:30am to 12:30pm - Baking
12:30pm to 1:50pm - Break for Lunch (you will be provided with a list of places in the neighborhood)
2:00pm to 5:00pm - Baking and Tasting!

Laminatied Dough - Pâte feuilletée
Risen Dough - Brioche
Macaronage - Macaron Cake
Crème pâtissière
Crème diplomate
Crème chantilly
Each participant will leave with their box of goodies at the end of the day!
