Starting here at the school, you and your chef will embark on an adventure to the Marais, just moments from La Cuisine Paris. While enjoying a stroll through this historic quarter, you will visit its best local shops: a Boulangerie for delicious baguettes, a Fromagerie for some French cheeses, and our favorite little verger for some seasonal vegetables. You will then return to La Cuisine Paris to begin the cooking experience where your meal will be created around a main course of delicious French Magret de Canard (duck breast).
This experience operates its first hour outside, so please dress appropriately including comfortable walking shoes.
Depending on the season we tend to have classical seasonal side dishes to accompany such as, Roasted Vegetables, Ratatouille, etc.
This class is a comprehensive look at the celebrated Classic French Tarte and will have you learning techniques that you can use in your baking beyond these treats, back home.
Spend the morning like the locals, with a typical Parisian experience. A full immersion in to French culture with a French Market Tour followed by a hands-on French Cooking Class right in the heart of Paris !
The 'Roi' of the Parisian breakfast table, Le Croissant ! Enjoy three hours of mastering this decadent, flaky, buttery French icon.
Le Soufflé
Au menu:
a traditional savory Soufflé au Fromage (cheese soufflé)
a plateau of fromage (a selection of fine French cheeses)
salade with a traditional French vinaigrette
a delicate and sweet Soufflé au Chocolat (chocolate soufflé)
After all that hard work (and fun), enjoy lunch with your classmates and a glass of wine while admiring wonderful views across the Seine to Notre Dame.
