Sweet, cute and delicious! Are you obsessed with those beautiful classic French treat found at patisseries across Paris? If you want to know the secrets of these sweet Parisian icons and leave with a box of your very own creations, then our Macaron classes are for you!
Our two-hour French Macaron Class focuses on the creation of these elegant and colourful pastries, from start to finish using the Italian Meringue method and creating two types of Macaron fillings. Students are divided into groups and work through the steps from creating the batter, to piping and finally assembling these delicious cookies. You'll finish with a box of beautiful macarons to take home!
For those that want to get into a more detailed version of our Macaron Class, then take a look at our three-hour French Macaron Technical Class. In this class you will learn two different meringue methods for making classic French macarons from start to finish. You will also learn to make four classic garnishes – and of course have your box of macarons to enjoy afterwards!
