Introducing our Summer Cuisine Camp!

Bake along with people from around the world and meet your La Cuisine Paris chef while learning a traditional French dish! 

This summer, we wanted our La Cuisine Family members to be able to join us for a class wherever they are in the world. We already have our range of online classes to work through at home at your leisure, but we kept hearing that even though folks love the videos, they missed seeing us in 'vrai'...so we wanted to recreate that special experience of baking along with fellow food lovers from around the world! 

That's why we created our Summer Cuisine Camp. Four live classes throughout August, focusing on classic French 'Maison' (home) recipes. Sound like fun? We think so! Check out the full schedule below - we'll hope to see you there! Please note the below times are in Central European Time, you will need to work out what time this will be in your part of the world!

Saturday August 8 : 16h - 18h : Croque Monsieur / Madame  & Salad with French Vinaigrette

Saturday August 15 : 16h -18h : Savory and Sweet Crêpes : Galettes  & Crepes 

Saturday August 22 : 15h30 - 17h30 : Tarte à la tomate & Tarte au Chocolat

Saturday August 29 : 16h - 18h : Chicken Paupiette & Salad with French Vinaigrette

What about Pastry classes ?

We will be doing a similar series in September, if you are interested, please email us (contact 'at' lacuisineparis 'dot' com) and we will keep you our the list!

What about different times ?

We are looking at hosting these classes in the morning to accommodate people that are in a later time zone than us. If you are interested, please email us (contact 'at' lacuisineparis 'dot' com) with the date and subject!

How much are the classes?

Each class is EUR 39 per participant connection.

How does it work?

Once you are registered, 5 days prior to the class you will get your ingredient/recipe sheet and secure Zoom dial in so you have everything you need to prepare for your experience. From there, you just need be on the call and ready to go !

How Do I Sign Up?

Please register through our calendar here. Participation is limited and on a first come, first served basis.

You will need a Zoom Account for this experience, and a good internet connection.
